ALL SALES ARE FINAL * CANCELLATION REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Orders may take up to 15 business days from the date of processing to be received by the inmate. We will not track orders until the 16th business day.
JAIL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES SUPERSEDE ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE.
Please be aware that commissary orders are subject to the rules and regulation of each facility. Excessive amounts of products may result in confiscation.
Orders that are reported as fraudulent or disputed with the bank will result in the inmate being removed from the website.
Refund Policy:
If an order is returned to the warehouse a refund will automatically be issued back to the payment method used to place the order. A 20% re-stocking will be assessed as well as the non-refundable processing fee. Please allow 6 weeks for refunds to be processed.
You will have up to 45 days to request a refund for missing items. Please send your request with your order number to support@jailcanteen.com. After 45 days refunds are not permitted.
The facilities below do NOT allow refunds, please have the resident refer to their handbook for instructions on how to collect the package.

Western Tidewater Regional Jail Restricted Residents:
WTRJ has implemented a new directive that may cause entire pods to lose privileges. Should this occur your order will be delivered when the pod is removed from restriction this may exceed our 15 day delivery time.
Restricted Residents:
Some residents may be placed on restriction or moved to a restricted housing unit. If this occurs your order will be refunded less the processing fee.
Residents placed on restriction or moved to a restricted housing unit after an order has been packed and shipped will be assessed a 20% restocking fee as well as the non refundable processing fee.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, or obscene behavior when communicating with our customer service team. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your support session and/or remove the inmate from the website if you use profanity or abusive language toward our staff.
